Please change the layout to fit your local style better if you wish. Also I would appreciate if you told me whether the two pages I have generated are acceptable in principle, before I generate a whole bunch that need correction. I realize that you do not have hte manpower for that.

Another point is that @nl we have a little block we put at the right to add the demonyms for every country (Dutchman, Dutch etc.). I'd be happy to do that here but again I don't know how you would like it.
